Contracts and Procurement (C&P)

The Contracts and Procurement (C&P) Department is the central authority for managing the contracts and procurement processes on Refinery-wide basis. C&P is responsible for procurement of goods and services to support Refinery’s operations. C&P always strives to seek the best value and highest quality of goods and services being offered to the Company. C&P is also committed to transparency and accountability while ensuring the timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services. An independent C&P Department was established in August 2008 with an objective to cover both the local and foreign purchases along with the Import related logistics, which mainly include fulfilling the regulatory/statuary requirements, arrangement of Letters of Credit and Transit Insurance, liaison for Port Clearance activities including Custom Clearance.
