Receives Revamping/Modification and BMR requests, develop these concepts into detailed Engineering Design, prepares Budgets, Work Procedures and Technical Specifications, for Work Execution. Engineering Office also provides CAD Services. A major ongoing process is Computerization of Engineering Office Record. This involves setting up of Workstations with Digitizer and Scanners in the periphery. The aim is to bring all the Drawings and Data in archive onto the Computers for easy storage, retrieval and modifications.
