Pakistan Refinery Limited has an integrated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System, based on ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001: 2015 and ISO- 45001:2018. Effective planning by the team enables us to manage HSEQ matters professionally and sets the basis for continual improvement.
Crisis / Emergency Management
PRL has established crisis / emergency response organization which clearly state the responsibilities during any emergency as a result of PRL’s activities. Mock drills are executed periodically to check the effectiveness of these plans & create awareness among the staff, having defined role under different scenarios.
Pakistan Refinery Limited Crisis Management Plan is based on the following fundamental principles: -

- Received ACCA- WWF "Annual Environment Reporting Award" consecutive three times in recognition of its HSEQ commitments.
- "Best practices OH&S" Award received (third year in succession) from EFP & ILO joint organization.
- "Annual Environment Excellence Award" consecutive three times in recognition of its HSEQ commitments.

Comprehensive HSEQ measurement & monitoring plan to check & improve the systems in place, which includes:-
